Central Institute for Cotton Research (CICR) is a premier institute of India. It is located in Nagpur. It conducts research activities in cotton production, protection and improvement. Institute has regional station at Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu) and Sirsa (Haryana). All the three research farms are well equipped with tractors and other farm implements.
