Institute of Technology (BIT) is a premier institution imparting
Technical Education since 1979. The college is centrally located
and spread over a vast area. The Institute is managed by Vokkaligara
Sangha, a registered society dedicated to the cause of education
and runs more than 10 institutions.
BIT
is affiliated to Bangalore University and is recognised by All
India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Govt. of India.
The Institute has recently started Master of Computer Applications
(MCA) course.
