SENIOR
OBSERVERS EXAMINATION
This examination is for recruitment
of Senior Observers in the Indian Meteorological Department.
Posts are located in the Regional Meteorological centers at
Madras, Bombay, Calcutta, Nagpur and Delhi.
Qualifications: B.Sc.. with Physics as one of the subject.
Age: 20-25 years.
Subjects for Examination
Paper I: (Objective type) 100 Marks Time 1.5hrs.
· English Language
· General Knowledge including Geography.
Paper II: (Objective type) 200 marks Time 2.5hrs.
· Physics
· Mathematics.
Pay Scale: Rs. 4,000-6,000
Examination Fee: Rs. 50/-
