Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA) is a premier institute of India established in 1954. It is located in Delhi. The activities of the Institute are organized in four inter-related areas of Research, Training, Advisory and Consultancy Services and Dissemination of Information. The Advanced Professional Programme in Public Administration (APPPA) is a nine-month education cum training programme organized by the Institute for training needs of middle and senior level officers of All-India and Central Services, and State Governments.
