Indian Railways Institute of Signal Engineering and Telecommunications (IRISET) is a premier institute of India. It is located in Secunderabad, AP. Institute was setup in 1957 by the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, to cater to specialised training needs of their own staff and officers in the field of Railway Signalling and Telecommunication. IRISET has established a e-Learning network connecting IRISET and the ten Zonal Signal and Telecom Training centers located in various Zones of Indian Railways.
