COURSES OF STUDY
The college offers the following courses study (4 years duration)
leading to Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E.) in:
- Computer
Science & Engineering
- Electronics
& Communication Engineering
- Telecommunication
The
intake of students for each branch is 60.
COMPUTER
CENTRE
The college has air-conditioned and well furnished computer
centre with 16 stand alone Wipro Genius 9000 (P-III, 450 MHz)
personal computers. Apart from this, it is well equipped
with legal softwares such as Office 2000, Visual Basic, Visual
Java, Visual FoxPro, Visual C, Auto CAD 2000 and computer peripherals
like Scanner, Inkjet Printer, Dot Matrix and Laser Printers.
LABORATORIES
The laboratory facilities have been planned to cater to the
requirements of the prescribed syllabus of courses.
LIBRARY
Reference and Study books of over Rs. 2 lakhs with comfortable
reading facilities have been added already. Steps are
underway to procure National and International journals in the
areas of engineering subjects, including specialised journals
in Science and Mathematics. Further, a provision of another
Rs. 2 lakhs is also made in the budget for the current academic
year for purchase of new books as may be required. In-house
photocopying facilities are already made available to help students.
HOSTEL
FACILITY
Separate hostel accommodation for boys and girls will be made
available in the rented buildings, initially till such time
they are ready within the campus under development.
OTHER
FACILITIES
In addition to the academic activities, the students will be
exposed to games, sports and other cultural/social activities.
This will greatly help the all round development of the
students' personality.
